QuantaDose products are sold on quantadose.com, Amazon and Walmart. Purchases follow the refund and return policies of the store where you bought them.

Orders fulfilled by Quanta X Technology (quantadose.com)

Refunds are accepted within 30 days on unused merchandise. Return unused items to Quanta X Technology in Seminole, Florida. Refunds go to the original payment method. Items damaged by abuse are not eligible.

Amazon orders

Returns and refunds for Amazon purchases follow Amazon’s policies. Start a return from your Amazon account. See Amazon Returns and refunds.

Walmart orders

Returns and refunds for Walmart Marketplace purchases follow Walmart’s return policies for that order. Use your Walmart account to start a return.
