These terms govern your use of quantadose.cards and the QuantaDose AI phone and text assistant provided by Quanta X Technology LLC (“Quanta X Technology”, “we”). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Calls to the QuantaDose line are answered by an AI assistant, not a person, and may be recorded. The assistant answers from published QuantaDose information, can text or email links you request, and can transfer you to a Quanta X Technology associate when you ask. It does not take payments on the call.

Purchases

QuantaDose products are sold on quantadose.com, Amazon and Walmart. Purchases, shipping and refunds follow the terms of the store where you buy. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

SMS messaging program

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no spam, unlawful content, impersonation, or attempts to break security.

Disclaimers and liability

QuantaDose cards are not medical devices. The service and site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Quanta X Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (if any).

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
