SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These terms apply to text messages from the QuantaDose program operated by Quanta X Technology LLC.

• Program name: QuantaDose (Quanta X Technology) customer support and information texts.
• What you may receive: links you asked for on a call or by text, account or support follow-ups, and optional news texts only if you opt in (about once a month, plus breaking news, up to 4 messages per month).
• Opt-in: On a call to (727) 888-5656, the QuantaDose AI assistant asks: “Is the number you’re calling from, ending in XXXX, okay to text?” Texts are sent only after a spoken yes, and only to that calling number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Optional QuantaDose news texts use a separate double opt-in (spoken yes, then reply YES to the invite text).
• Which number: texts are sent only to the phone number you are calling from. We do not text a different number given on the call, and we cannot text callers whose caller ID is blocked or withheld.
• Message frequency varies.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• HELP: reply HELP for help, or email info@quantadose.cards, or call (727) 888-5656.
• STOP: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply START to opt back in after STOP.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with service providers that deliver the messages for us. See our Privacy Policy.
